Our policy We want you to love your MIMIZU piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition and packaging
- With all tags still attached
To start a return, email us at info@mimizustreetwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Return shipping Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
Non-returnable items Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
