Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.
Shipping within the Netherlands
- Standard delivery: 1–2 business days
- Free shipping on orders over €100
Shipping within the EU
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination
Duties & taxes All prices include Dutch VAT. For EU orders, no additional customs duties apply. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, these are the customer's responsibility.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
