1. General These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to all purchases made through mimizustreetwear.com, operated by MIMIZU, based in the Netherlands. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in color may occur.

3. Prices & Payment All prices are listed in EUR and include applicable VAT. We accept payment via the methods listed at checkout. MIMIZU reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Orders & Contract An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. A binding contract is formed when we dispatch your order.

5. Shipping We ship within the Netherlands and across the EU. Delivery times and costs are shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@mimizustreetwear.com. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are at your expense unless the item is defective.

7. Returns & Refunds Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the original payment method.

8. Liability MIMIZU is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing Law These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. EU consumers may also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
